The story of the Princess and the Pea tells of a real Princess who gets caught in a rain storm in the middle of the night. Seeking shelter, she comes upon a castle. The Queen, wanting to know if she truly was a Princess, decides to test her by hiding a pea under a stack of mattresses. If she could feel the pea, then the Queen would know that she was a princess.
Well, this Princess has discovered the pea - and being ever so gracious, as Princesses wont to be, she doesn?t breathe a word of her discovery.
In this tutorial are instructions to create a bed from wire and paper mache?, a soft sculpted princess and nightgown and an assortment of mattresses for her to sleep on...and don?t forget the pea in her hand!
