21-23" Harvest Moon Girl

Harvest Moon stands about 22 inches tall and is made from good quality, flesh colored cotton woven, dyed muslin or knit (craft velour) fabric. Pre-wash your woven fabric in hot water and dry in a hot dryer to tighten the weave.
A modified trapunto technique creates some of the contours of her face, along with minimal needle sculpting. Ears are optional, and are sewn, stuffed, and attached to the head. Facial features are painted in acrylics and shaded/highlighted with colored pencils. Her hair is fringed upholstery trim or a Tibetan lamb wig. Her hands are a realistic mitt design, with hand-sewn finger divisions. Her clothing is removable. Print or colored fabric for her lower legs simulates stockings
