Averill

AVERILL is a multi-jointed display doll, not suitable for young children. Her body is made from tightly woven dyed muslin or a knit fabric like doe suede or robe/craft velour. Her arms/legs are made from tightly woven fabric. The buried bead joints provide for a variety of poses. Shoulders and hips have button joints. Clothing is made from woven fabric, and is not removable. While this pattern was designed to be used with the Averill face mold, an alternate face is included in this pattern. Two options are given for feet/shoes. Averill?s fingers have chenille stem armature. Her hair is knitted ?eyelash? yarn (if you do not know how to knit, please refer to your local library for a book on knitting for beginners (that?s what I did) or use an internet tutorial. Practice on regular yarn first. If you want, you can use alternative fibers for hair
