Noelle is a cloth angel that can be hung on a wall or a fireplace. Her clothing is made from wired ribbon and cotton. In class we will construct her, make and embellish her costuming. Paint her face and make her wreath! She would make a perfect holiday gift....or a lovely decoration for you! She is fun and easy to make....so it will be easy to make more than one!
