Natalie Hamade is proud to offer a new online class exclusively on
Doll Street.? Last year, I was invited to teachin Las Vegas for two elite doll clubs. Most members were advanced and/or professional doll makers which challenged me into designing something totally innovative. Through the use of several mediums and incorporating a variety of techniques, ?Nissa? came into being. This doll is a milestone for me as a doll maker and I am thrilled to be able to share her with you.August marks the 1 year anniversary of my Vegas workshop and on August 22nd,? the online
class for
?Nissa? will begin.The following is an outline of things we?ll be learning:
~Mosaic work
~Aves Apoxy Sculpt
~Painting and sealing apoxy work
~Burning fabric with soldering iron
~Simple costuming
~Sewing, sculpting, and cloth-over face techniques
~Incorporating acrylics, pencils, pastels, pigma, etc. for face
~Making wings
~Wigging
This class is very detailed with lots of step-by-step photos and diagrams.
?Nissa? measures28 inches and is an intermediate to advanced level doll.
