Privacy & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY: It is Doll Street policy that there are no refunds once you have been enrolled in the classroom and have access to all the lessons. Exception is made if you have taken the class before and didn’t realize it when you signed up for it. Verification of attendance will be made with the teacher. Refunds will be given prior to lessons being posted.
There are no refunds given on e-patterns.
Regarding the mailing list for notification of new classes: If you supply us with your email address you will only receive Doll Street updates. We do not share this information with anyone, ever.
Regarding Doll Street classes: We collect your personal/financial information to process your payment but do not share it with any other person or company (other than the credit card processor). No credit card information is stored on the Doll Street website.
If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, you may contact us using the Contact Us form or information on that page. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them.
