Collage to 3D

This challenge is inspired by a commission received by Patti LaValley. She had received a collage of a doll's image from her client and had to render it in 3D.

This challenge is in two parts - the first part is to make your collage (which will be sent to your partner). It can be as detailed or as abstract as you wish. Make the collage from any media you like but plan on sending it away - so keep size in mind. This portion should be done by the end of April. When your collage is done send a photo to Judi. Partners will be assigned after the photo is received.

The second part will be the interpretation as a doll. When you receive your collage you will make a doll based on the collage. You have until the end of June for this. You keep your own doll.

Pictures of the finished dolls should be sent to Judi for publication.

DiscWorld - Part Two

There is a strong possibility we are going to be sending our dolls to a Disc World conference in England. If we do that then we will have a second round of this challenge.
